Ready-made designs: 3–5 business days. Fully custom orders: 7–10 days. The clock starts once you approve the design.

Standard shipping within Vietnam takes 1–5 days depending on the region — inner Hanoi usually arrives the next day; express is available in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. International orders go by E-packet, and we quote the fee for the destination country. Once shipped, you get a tracking number.

Laser engraved straight into the wood. The box front takes up to 40 characters; the narrower top lid takes up to 10.

Want to see how each typeface looks? Open the engraving page — all seven are there, including the ones that cover Japanese and Chinese.

Standard shipping is free anywhere in Vietnam. Express and international shipping cost extra and are shown at checkout.

Engraved or custom-designed items can't be returned unless they're faulty. If an item is faulty on our side or damaged in transit, we remake it or refund you — see our Refund policy for details.

Wind the key gently and stop as soon as it feels tight. Keep the box somewhere dry, out of harsh sun, and don't touch the comb or the drum inside.

When your parcel arrives, film yourself opening it: we need that video to handle any warranty request.
