We collect only what is needed to make and deliver your order, and nothing more.
What we keep
Your name, phone number, delivery address and email, to make and ship the order. The engraving text and any photos you send, to put on the piece. Order history, so we can look it up and honour any repair.
Photos you send
Photos supplied for printing or framing are used for that order only. We do not post your photos on social media or this website without asking you first.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your details to third parties for advertising.
Third parties we must use
The courier receives your name, phone number and address in order to deliver. That is the full extent of what leaves us.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by contacting the workshop. We action requests within 7 working days.
