Terms of service
The terms that apply when you order from Linh Lang Creative.
Ordering and confirmation
An order is confirmed once we have agreed the model, melody, engraving and timing. For made-to-order pieces we send a design for approval — production starts only after you say yes.
Prices and payment
Listed prices include engraving. Shipping is charged separately by area. Made-to-order pieces may require a deposit, which we state clearly when confirming.
Lead times
Ready designs take 3–5 working days; made-to-order pieces 7–10. The clock starts when you approve the design, not when you place the order. We tell you in advance if anything will run late.
Handmade variation
Every piece is worked by hand from natural wood, so grain, colour and tone vary slightly from the photographs. That is the nature of handmade work, not a defect.
Content you supply
You are responsible for the photos and engraving text you send, including the right to use them. We may decline content that is unlawful or offensive.
Our copyright
The designs, product photography and site content belong to Linh Lang Creative. Please do not copy them for commercial use.
