Custom Melody
Yes, Linh Lang accepts music upon request. Music on request will cost 5,000,000 VND per song
Custom music will cost 8,000,000 VND for a custom designed music. If there is MIDI or music sheet available, it will be 5,000,000 VND
About 21~27 days. From the time the music composition is finalized or the MIDI file is available, it will take up to 3 days to test and create the music. If the music can be composed, it will take 24 days to complete.
The melody will last 18 ~ 23 seconds and then repeat, so please choose the appropriate music interval
Personalisation
Logos, letters, and simple shapes can be engraved on the front For custom-printed music boxes, you can change the image so that Linh Lang can print the image on the wooden board where the music barrel is turned
Linh Lang accepts drawing designs and printing plate designs upon request for prices ranging from 300,000 VND to 600,000 VND with a turnaround time of 3~7 working days. The design will be discussed in advance, the number of revisions and completion time will vary depending on the customer's requirements
Linh Lang engraves characters within the framework of the product, so the characters will usually be 30~50 characters

Customers need to go back to the process of unboxing and testing the product. Linh Lang only accepts after-sales and warranty settlements for clear, valid, unedited videos
If Linh Lang confirms that the error is from her side, Linh Lang will support a 1-1 exchange of the product. If the product is no longer available or beyond the ability to repair, Linh Lang will refund the product to the customer.
