Once the order leaves the workshop you get a tracking number by email. US domestic 3–5 business days, international 7–14 days depending on the country.

Laser engraved straight into the wood. The box front takes up to 40 characters; the narrower top lid takes up to 20.

Free shipping on orders over $120. Duties and customs fees, where they apply, are paid by the recipient.

Non-engraved items can be returned within 30 days. Personalised items are only replaced if the fault is ours.
